• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags & packaging.
• Items failing QC will be rejected and returned at customer’s cost.
• One exchange per order is allowed, subject to stock availability.
• Exchange delivery timelines are 7–10 working days.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment source after QC.
• Refunds cover product value only; shipping, COD & handling charges are non-refundable.
