Return & Refund Policy
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to QC.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags & packaging.
- Items failing QC will be rejected and returned at customer’s cost.
- One exchange per order is allowed, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange delivery timelines are 7–10 working days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment source after QC.
- Refunds cover product value only; shipping, COD & handling charges are non-refundable.
- Free cancellation within 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
